Aggregator pricing pages are written by people who'd prefer you "schedule a demo". This is what those pages should be.
| Tier | Setup cost | Recurring | Who it's for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free sandbox | $0 | $0 (rate-limited) | Prototype, learn the integration shape |
| Pay-as-you-go | $0–500 | 1–3% of GGR + small monthly | Indie operator, <$10k/mo GGR |
| Growth | $500–5k | 1.5–2.5% GGR + larger monthly | Operator scaling past $50k/mo GGR |
| Enterprise | $10k–50k | 1–2% GGR + monthly minimum guarantees | Licensed tier-1, T1 traffic, regulated markets |
Free sandbox. You get test players, test currency, the integration shape. No real money flows. Good for ~2 weeks of development; not useful for go-live.
Pay-as-you-go ($0–500 setup + 1–3% GGR). Real-money traffic, no minimum monthly. Most reasonable for new operators who don't know their volume yet. Aggregators that offer this: BigBang, BetSwiss (the smaller SoftSwiss tier), and a handful of crypto-focused players. Avoid anyone who insists on monthly minimums at this stage.
Growth ($500–5k setup + 1.5–2.5% GGR). Often includes a dedicated account rep, faster onboarding to new providers, and SLA guarantees. Worth it once you're past $50k/mo GGR and downtime costs you real money.
Enterprise ($10k–50k setup + monthly minimums). Tier-1 — Sportradar/EveryMatrix/SoftSwiss enterprise. You get the full platform, dedicated support, contract terms that a regulator will accept.
| Item | Monthly |
|---|---|
| Casino aggregator (pay-as-you-go) | $100–500 + GGR % |
| Hosting (Node backend + Redis + Postgres) | $80–250 |
| CDN / DDoS protection | $20–200 |
| KYC provider (Sumsub, Veriff) | $1–5 per check, ~$100–500 |
| Crypto payment processor (NOWPayments etc) | 0.5–1% of deposits |
| Card payment processor | 2–4% of deposits (if you can get approved) |
| Licensing (Curaçao) | $300–1000 amortized monthly |
| Pre-revenue minimum | ~$700–1500/mo |
The traps that blow this number up: signing a $20k/mo enterprise contract before you have traffic, paying for a Malta licence on day one when Curaçao does the job, building your own RGS instead of integrating.
